Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The product is unused
  • The product remains in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and labels are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection & Approval
